Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Athens, GA is hiring a Team Lead for part-time hours at a starting rate of $13 per hour. The role focuses on delivering friendly customer service, guiding customers through the car wash process, and supporting daily site operations.

You will be empowered to enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club, assist with maintenance, and help open/close the facility while contributing to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to lead a small team and support management.
• Willing to work flexible hours including weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain the facility (landscape maintenance, pressure washing).
