Tidal Wave Auto Spa seeks a Team Leader in Lexington, KY to oversee daily site operations and lead a high-energy, service-driven team. The role offers growth into management and a pathway within a fast-growing national brand.

Starting pay is $15.00 per hour with weekly commissions and flexible scheduling for both part-time and full-time positions. You will provide friendly customer service, help open/close the facility, enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club, prepare vehicles, guide

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance & pressure washing.
