Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is hiring a Team Leader to help manage daily site operations and lead a customer-focused team in Winchester, KY. You will model great service, assist with opening/closing duties, and drive a smooth customer experience through our car wash tunnel.

The role includes training, maintenance duties, and opportunities for growth within the brand as it continues to expand across the country.

Qualifications

• Friendly, responsible, and reliable demeanor.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance and pressure washing.
