Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a Team Leader in Sandy Springs to help run daily operations and lead a small team at our fast-paced car wash facility. You will model friendly service, guide customers, enroll them in our Unlimited Car Wash Club, and help prep vehicles for the tunnel.

With competitive pay starting at 13 USD/hour plus weekly commission, this role offers growth and development in a dynamic environment across a growing nationwide brand.

Qualifications

• Friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Able to stand for long hours.
• Willing to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required.
• At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
