Pine Belt Mental Healthcare Resources in Mississippi seeks a Team Lead/Family Education Specialist to supervise NAVIGATE services across Harrison, Hancock, Stone, and Pearl River counties.

The role coordinates screening, evaluation, and enrollment, educates families about psychosis, and leads weekly team meetings with IRT Clinician, Peer Support Specialist, and SEE Specialist. Evening/weekend outreach is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral healthcare.
• 4 years behavioral healthcare experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Certification required within 90 days of hire by MDMH and MDOM.
• Valid Mississippi Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record.
• Reliable transportation for community work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Independent work ability and time management skills.
• Knowledge of or readiness to learn strength oriented wrap-around service model.

Responsabilités

• Supervise NAVIGATE team and lead weekly team meetings.
• Engage clients and families; coordinate screening, evaluation, and enrollment.
• Educate families about psychosis and its management; promote recovery-oriented practice.
• Develop and maintain community referrals; oversee engagement and outcome tracking.
• Collaborate with IRT Clinician, Peer Support Specialist, and SEE Specialist.
• Conduct home or community visits as needed; participate in outreach events.
