Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or Lead experience preferred.
• 1 year of manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Must be able to gain and retain forklift certification.
• Ability to maintain safe and clean working environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and coordinate production schedules to support department supervisor.
• Plan and coordinate work to be performed.
• Ensure safe and clean working environment.
• Promote quality, productivity, and a positive environment for employees.
• Meet production schedules, training, safety program, and address employee concerns with HR.
• Promote employee satisfaction and encourage excellence.
• Complete timely and accurate paperwork.
