Qualifications

• Experience in a licensed childcare facility.
• Leading a classroom and implementing lesson plans.
• College credits towards Early Childhood Education or Child Development or a CDA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children in your care.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation.
• Communicate with families to promote achievement for the child and support your center’s success.
• Assist with management, training, and mentoring of new hires and fellow Teachers.
