Job summary

PAC Services LLC seeks an experienced Team Lead Direct Support Professional to guide a team of DSPs and support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We value hands-on leadership, compassion, and commitment to meaningful living for clients.

The role includes mentorship, monitoring care plans, and collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams. A strong emphasis is placed on safety, documentation, and professional growth within a supportive, team-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Team Lead / Manager of Direct Support Professionals.
• Must pass and maintain Med Pass Certification.
• High school diploma or GED required (additional certifications a plus).
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks (as required).
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
• A compassionate, patient, and dependable approach.
• Ability to handle challenging behaviors professionally and calmly.
• Comfortable with documentation and basic computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to individuals with daily living activities, personal care, and community involvement.
• Serve as the go-to leader on shift, offering guidance, coaching, and support to DSP staff.

We're looking for an experienced and compassionate Team Lead Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities while guiding and mentoring a team of DSPs.
