Job summary

Bytoa is seeking a Team Lead to guide a software engineering team focused on improving the work experience of developers and reverse engineers using the customer’s platform.

The role combines technical leadership, customer engagement, and contract administration, serving as the main customer interface while ensuring high-quality tooling and workflow improvements are delivered.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering experience or 4 additional years in lieu of a B.S.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
• Strong technical leadership and team coordination experience
• Ability to translate customer needs into actionable requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience with modern software development practices
• Experience in customer-facing or contract-driven environments
• Experience with reverse engineering or security-focused engineering (nice to have)
• Experience leading developer productivity or internal tooling teams (nice to have)

Responsibilities

Description:

Bytoa is seeking a Team Lead to lead a team of software engineers focused on improving the work experience of software developers and reverse engineers using the customer’s development platform.

This role combines technical leadership, team coordination, customer engagement, and contract administration. The Team Lead serves as the primary interface with the customer while ensuring the team delivers high-quality, impactful tooling and workflow improvements.

Salary range:$240,000-$270,000

Responsibilities:
