The Team Lead – Datacenters role is a leadership position within MCI for experienced engineers who want to remain technically engaged while taking responsibility for people, delivery, and outcomes. In this role, you will lead a multidisciplinary team supporting industrial and mission‑critical clients, apply sound engineering judgment to complex challenges, and maintain regular interaction with clients as a trusted technical partner. The role balances hands‑on technical execution with mentorship, coaching, and ownership of delivery. The Team Lead shapes technical direction, reinforces quality and accountability standards, and builds lasting professional relationships with clients and internal teams.
Salary Range: $110,000 - $165,000 / year (based upon the Denver, Colorado labor market).
