As a Team Lead in the Renewable Substations group, you will manage a team comprised of engineers, drafters, designers, and/or technicians. A Team Lead’s primary responsibility will be the accurate, timely, and quality completion of Electrical Engineering scopes assigned to the team. The Team Lead will assist in the development of the departments Standard Best Practices (SBP’s) and enforcing/implementing them when pertinent. Team Leads will be a mentor and coach to employees on their team and help them grow individually as professionals.
Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000 / year
The salary range above is based upon the Denver, Colorado labor market.
This opportunity is available to both local / in-office (Lakewood, CO) and full-time remote candidates.
Work Environment: Work is performed in an office setting and some field work may be required
Travel: Limited: 10 – 15%
