You will prioritize production orders, set machines for specific products to maximize yields, and adjust weight and thickness parameters as needed. Attention to safety and quality will be essential as you read work orders and manage subprimal portions.

Qualifications

• Saws operation safely and maintain throughput.
• Read tickets and understand customer specifications.
• Ability to read weights visually and adjust during cuts.
• Must work in a cold/wet environment in a fast-paced setting.
• Basic math and numerical entry skills.
• Basic computer capabilities.

Responsibilities
