Job summary

Sysco Northeast Rdc is seeking a Production Manager to oversee Production and Production Warehouse operations across multiple locations. You will lead budgeting, staffing, and employee engagement while serving as the IT/technical contact for the business unit.

You will develop and monitor production plans, track performance metrics, manage expenses, coach supervisors and ensure safety and compliance across shifts. This role requires strong leadership and integrated operations knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; BS in Business Management preferred.
• 7+ years in Production/Manufacturing in a food environment; HACCP and GMP certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production plans to ensure orders are completed on time.
• Determine headcount requirements and labor utilization.
• Schedule equipment and resources to support each production plan.
• Track yields to meet business goals.
• Manage work orders and ensure audits and closeouts.
