Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of Commercial Loan Servicing Advisors.
• Oversee daily servicing activities including payment processing and account maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex borrower issues.
