Barnes-Jewish St. Peters Hospital serves families in St. Charles, Lincoln, and Warren counties. It is a 102-bed community hospital offering inpatient and outpatient services, including the Siteman Cancer Center, Breast Health and Women’s Center, Cardiology Center, Neurosurgery Center, and Outpatient Surgery and Endoscopy Center.
The hospital is an Accredited Chest Pain Center with a Level II stroke certification and hosts various specialty clinics and outpatient services.
At Barnes-Jewish St. Peters Hospital, decisions prioritize patient and family interests. The Surgical inpatient unit uses a relationship-based care philosophy.

Role Purpose
Under the manager's direction, plans, directs, and coordinates unit activities on a designated shift. Performs direct patient care as needed and serves as a clinical resource for nursing and support staff. Assesses, plans, evaluates, and documents the nursing process for the assigned unit.
