Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a Team Leader in Morrow, GA to drive guest experience and operational excellence at our auto spa. The role focuses on guiding the team through daily tasks, ensuring a friendly service atmosphere, and supporting management with site operations.

Starting pay is $14.00 per hour, with opportunities for weekly commissions and growth within a fast-growing car wash company. Part-time and full-time schedules are available in a team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance & pressure washing.
