Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a Team Leader in Lexington, KY to guide daily operations and lead a customer-first team. You will oversee opening/closing tasks, enroll members, prep vehicles, and ensure a safe, efficient tunnel experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to stand for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance and pressure washing.
