Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking a Team Leader to help manage the site’s facility and operations. This role offers a path toward management with a fast-paced, team-driven environment and opportunities for professional growth in the car wash industry.

Starting pay is 15.00 USD per hour with weekly commissions and flexible scheduling. Part-time and full-time options are available, with company benefits and a strong emphasis on development and advancement within the organization.

Qualifications

• Friendly, responsible and reliable.
• Ability to stand long hours and work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscaping and pressure washing.
