Point Quest is seeking a Team Lead Behavioral Aide in Antioch to supervise and assist with instructional and behavioral support. The role involves implementing IEPs, supporting teachers, and coordinating recreational activities for students.

The Team Lead will supervise peers, oversee student safety, and ensure accurate documentation. Travel to multiple school sites may be required; mileage reimbursement is available.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent, or a 2-year degree.
• Valid driver's license, own transportation and vehicle insurance.
• Experience in school or treatment settings as Behavioral Aide.
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan Background & TB Clearance.
• CPR/Pro-Act/CPI certifications are helpful.
• Proficient written and verbal English with professional communication.
• Reliability, dependability and flexibility.
• Computer-literate; familiarity with standard business software.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the teacher with implementing students' IEPs.
• Provide instructional support and implement BIP as directed.
• Supervise and facilitate recreational activities and transitions.
• Document and report attendance and records; maintain records.
• Support in behavior management and safety monitoring.
