• Respond to abnormalities – Problem Solve - Escalate
• Lead 5 Why Problem Solving
• Lead team huddle (SQDC)
• Review previous shift misses
• Coach correct methods
• Handover to next shift TL
• Escalate issues that cannot be resolved within the team to Tier 2
• Run assembly equipment on the line

As a Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process by supporting a team of operators by maintaining safe, standardized, and stable operations while developing people capabilities.

Shifts (All shifts operate Monday-Thursday with required Overtime on Friday and Saturday as needed): Shift 1 (4:00AM – 2:30 PM), Shift 2 (2:30PM – 1:00 AM).

Hiring Hourly Range $24.00 - $26.00 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
