NISC is seeking a Software Development Team Lead to guide an agile team working on Mapping & Staking and our cloud platform. You will manage GIS data workflows, coordinate cross‑functional efforts, and mentor engineers to deliver high‑quality software.

The Software Development Team Lead will be part of an agile development team, building and working on our Mapping & Staking product and our cloud platform. This team is responsible for managing GIS data used throughout our enterprise suite of applications, including web and desktop applications. This application allows NISC Member's to enter and maintain mapping data, find relationships, identify trends and allow multiple workstations to view enterprise utility or telecommunication maps. Examples of what would be tracked in these maps are power lines or fiber internet cables. The Team Lead helps ensure comprehensive contract and integration test coverage for their applications and will provide technical and team leadership through mentoring, coaching and hands-on development.
