Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the air export team, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of cargo.
• Coordinate with airlines, freight forwarders, and other service providers to ensure smooth and timely delivery of cargo.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws, including customs regulations and trade laws.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and quality of service delivery.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs, improve service quality, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators, such as cargo delivery times, costs, and quality.

Summary

The Air Export Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the air export team, including coordinating with airlines, freight forwarders, and other service providers. Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws, including customs regulations and trade laws

Educational background / Work experience

• A bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is required

• Prior experience in air exports and supervisory experience is highly desirable

Language skills

• Fluency in English is required

For this position, the expected base pay range is $28.52 - $35.65 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors, including relevant experience, skills, education or certifications, and geographic location, consistent with applicable laws and company policy.
