Shifts Available:
- 3rd Shift: Monday - Thursday 8:00pm - 6:00am ($23.00/hour + $1.00 night shift premium)
Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Team Leads must arrive prior to shift start.
- They must understand the overall flow of the line and the technical aspects of the component for features generated in area of responsibility.
- They are also required to understand the technical aspects of the processes and flow for area assigned.
- They must be capable of adjusting line staffing to meet flow requirements and supporting the section’s production plan.
- They translate the direction set by the Section Manager to task assignments for each Team Member in the given area to meet the section’s plan/requirements.
- They must be both a practitioner and teacher of fundamental CPS principles and committed to their successful implementation.
- They are responsible for continually looking for and identifying WASTE.
- They are required to fill in for other Team Leads or Team Members as required for absenteeism, poor line flow, and quality and/or equipment issues to provide a continuous operation.

- They must be able to handle the pressure of production requirements while maintaining a positive working relationship with the Team Members on the line, as well as with their peers, and their managers.

- Team Leads must be able to communicate effectively with all those in need of information, including Team Members, management, maintenance, quality groups, etc.
- They are required to report out on the area’s status relative to plan.
- They must identify safety, personnel, quality, and production issues and bring them to the immediate attention of the section manager to minimize the given problem’s impact on their area of responsibility and potentially the section as a whole.
