Job summary

Domino’s Pizza Team Honey Badger is hiring motivated Team Leads who are ready to step up, take charge, and help run great shifts.

You’ll run and manage shifts, lead and motivate team members, ensure outstanding customer service, and train new staff while supporting daily goals and standards.

Compensation starts at $16 per hour with opportunities for increases through training; we offer flexible schedules and full benefits for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Strong attendance and punctuality.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to run a shift at least 3 times per week.
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
• Facial tattoos are not permitted. Some facial piercings may be allowed but limited.
