Job summary

Domino's Pizza - Team Honey Badger is looking for a Team Lead who will keep the store running smoothly on shift, delivering great customer experiences and supporting daily goals.

You will run and manage shifts, lead and motivate team members, handle cash, help make pizzas, train new teammates, and strive for excellence in service and operations. Starting pay is $14 per hour with opportunities for increases through training.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Strong attendance and punctuality.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to run a shift at least 3 times per week.
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
• Facial tattoos are not permitted. Some facial piercings may be allowed but limited.
