Domino’s Team Honey Badger in West Virginia is seeking a motivated Team Lead to run shifts, lead staff, and uphold outstanding customer service. You’ll help with food prep, cash handling, and daily operations while developing teammates for future management roles.

Starting pay is competitive with training-based growth, promoting from within, and a fast-paced environment that rewards initiative and leadership potential across the store.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Strong attendance and punctuality.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to run a shift at least 3 times per week.
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
