Job summary

Domino's is hiring a Team Lead to be the go-to person on shift, helping run the store smoothly while delivering great customer experiences. You will run and manage shifts, motivate team members, ensure outstanding service, help prepare pizzas, handle cash, train new hires, and support daily goals in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Starting pay is $13 per hour with potential for increases after training; strong potential for advancement within the franchise.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Strong attendance and punctuality.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to run a shift at least 3 times per week.
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
• Facial tattoos are not permitted; some facial piercings may be allowed but limited.
