Job summary

Domino's Pizza team leads are needed to step up, take charge, and help run great shifts. This role is a launching pad for leadership within a top-performing franchise.

As a Team Lead, you’ll be the go-to person on shift, run and manage fast-paced shifts, lead and motivate team members, help make pizzas, handle cash, train new staff, and support daily store goals and standards. Competitive pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Strong attendance and punctuality.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to run a shift at least 3 times per week.
