Job summary

Cascades in Warrenton is seeking a Team Lead to guide floor operations and bring materials to life in a safety‑first environment. You’ll lead daily activities, coach teammates, and uphold production standards on a fast‑paced lines.

This full‑time role starts at $28.38/hr with a $1.00/hr night shift premium, weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including retirement, profit sharing, and wellness programs.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute daily action plans to achieve shift objectives.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members while fostering a positive and accountable work environment.
• Hold employees accountable to company policies, production expectations, safety standards, and attendance requirements.
• Lead shift meetings and communicate priorities, goals, and operational updates.
• Support operators in problem-solving and continuous improvement activities.
• Promote and enforce all safety, GMP, quality, and food safety requirements.
• Monitor daily production performance and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new employees as needed.
• Serve as a role model for company values and demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and teamwork.
