Job summary

SC2 is seeking a dependable individual for a full-time role in the first shift (7:00am to 3:30pm). The position, based in Waco, TX, involves monitoring and assisting the department, handling material paperwork, and performing material audits before shipment.

Strong communication, attendance, and the ability to lift weights as specified are required. Eligible employees may receive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, ESOP with a yearly bonus; attendance rewards and paid time off

Qualifications

• Attendance is essential.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs (males) and 50 lbs (females).
• Ability to be on your feet 8/10 hours.
• Must be willing to work overtime.
• Great written and oral communications skills.

• Lead team meetings.
• Follow and enforce SC2 policies and guidelines.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
• Vision and hearing acuity are required.

• Proficient with computer use.
