Job summary

SC2 is seeking a dependable individual for a full-time role in the first shift (7:00am to 3:30pm). The position, based in Waco, TX, involves monitoring and assisting the department, handling material paperwork, and performing material audits before shipment.

Qualifications

• Attendance is essential.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs (males) and 50 lbs (females).
• Ability to be on your feet 8/10 hours.
• Must be willing to work overtime.
• Great written and oral communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assist employees in the designated department.
• Handle paperwork for receiving material, shipping orders, and audits on material before it ships.
• Communicate effectively with different types of employees and with Management.
• Lead team meetings.
• Follow and enforce SC2 policies and guidelines.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
• Vision and hearing acuity are required.
• Strong attendance is required.
• Proficient with computer use.
