Planet Fitness - Baseline Fitness in St. George, LA is seeking a team member to assist in overseeing gym operations and front desk tasks to ensure a positive member experience.

You will help train staff, answer calls, signups, tours, and support member accounts, while maintaining cleanliness, promoting promotions, and inventory tracking. This role emphasizes customer service and team collaboration in a gym setting.

Responsabilités

• Assist in overseeing gym operations to ensure positive member experience.
• Very involved in front desk tasks: answering calls, taking info calls, member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, updating accounts.
• Greet potential members, provide tours, facilitate member service issues.
• Support staff training and backup management of Club Manager; maintain cleanliness and appearance.
• Aid in marketing efforts and inventory reporting; assist with supplies.

Job SummaryResponsible for assisting in the oversight of gym operations to ensure positive member experience.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist in training and developing staff.Assist in member service oversight making sure all staff provide great customer experience.Very involved in front desk related tasks:Answering phone calls in a polite and friendly manner to assist with questions or concerns.Taking info calls.Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and updating member account information.Great/meet potential members and provide gym tour.Assist to facilitate member service issues and questions.Assist with team member management and provide backup support to Club Manager as needed.Ensuring adherence to all company policies and procedures.Help create and maintain a positive image for the club.Assist overseeing cleanliness and appearance of gym.Assist in managing marketing efforts.
