Paycom - ATS is seeking a gym operations assistant to help with front desk tasks, member check-ins, and tours to ensure a positive member experience. You will assist in training staff and provide backup support to the Club Manager as needed.

The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, maintaining gym cleanliness, supporting marketing promotions, and handling inventory and supplies to keep operations running smoothly.
