Paycom - ATS is seeking an engaged Front Desk / Member Services Assistant to help oversee gym operations and ensure a positive member experience. You will assist in training staff, handle front desk communications, and support member check-ins, tours, and account updates.

The role emphasizes friendly customer interactions, adherence to policies, and collaboration with the Club Manager to maintain a welcoming environment and clean, well-presented facilities.
