You will manage staff, foster relationships with families and the community, and support licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience teaching in early childhood education.
• Strong knowledge of child development, learning best practices, and classroom management.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Must pass required state background checks and meet state education/experience requirements.

Responsibilities

The Goddard School located at 27084 Birnham Woods Drive, Spring, TX 77386 is looking for a motivated, self-starter for a Team Lead (Office Assistant) at our School! The Team Lead will assist in overseeing the daily operations of the school, ensuring the highest standards of education and care. This role involves supporting the Assistant Director and Director in managing staff, maintaining compliance with licensing requirements and fostering positive relationships with families and the community.

Team Lead Key Responsibilities:
