Job summary

The Goddard School is seeking a dynamic Director to oversee daily operations at our Spring, TX location. You will support a team of educators, ensure a high-quality learning environment, uphold brand and licensing standards, and lead staff development while implementing the Wonder of Learning® curriculum.

As Director, you will build strong school-family-community relationships, manage the budget and enrollment, and ensure health and safety for children, staff, and visitors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in early childhood education and 1+ year in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of child development, early learning best practices and team leadership.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• A genuine love for children and commitment to high-quality education.
• Must pass required state background checks and meet state minimum education, experience and credential requirements.

Responsibilities
