Distribution Services International, Inc. is seeking an experienced Team Lead to oversee day-to-day shipping and receiving in our Savannah warehouse.

You will coordinate, verify, and guide operations to meet goals while upholding safety and quality standards. You will train and mentor warehouse associates, lead process improvements, manage equipment sign-outs, and serve as a link between staff and management.

Company OverviewDSI is seeking an experienced and motivated Team Lead to oversee day-to-day shipping and receiving operations in our warehouse. The Team Lead plays a vital role in supporting operations management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency, and fostering a culture of safety and teamwork. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to train and mentor warehouse associates.Position SummaryThe Team Lead is responsible for coordinating, verifying, and guiding warehouse operations to meet production goals and maintain high standards of quality.
