Job summary

ABM Industries Inc. is seeking a reliable Lead to coordinate daily facility operations, delegate tasks, and supervise at the location when the Manager is away.

This weekend-only night shift (6pm-2:30am) offers a competitive pay rate of $24 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package. Experience in supervisory roles and knowledge of safety and cleanliness standards are valued.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily facility operations and delegate tasks.
• Provide guidance and supervision at the location when the Manager is not present.
• Ensure buildings/facilities are clean and safe for workers and customers.
• Operate specialized cleaning equipment as needed.
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely and in accordance with procedures.
• Support general janitorial duties as required.
• Uphold ABM policies and procedures.

Job description

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Lead to ensure all facility operations follow policies and procedures. They coordinate daily operations by delegating job assignments and providing guidance. A Lead provides supervision at an assigned location when the Manager is not present. The Shift Leader demonstrates established standards to keep the buildings/facilities clean and safe for all workers and customers. This role involves operating specialized equipment, handling cleaning chemicals, and supporting general janitorial duties as needed.

Pay Rate: $24/HR
