Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead janitorial team members and ensure daily tasks are completed.
• Coach and support staff to maintain service standards.
• Perform quality inspections and monitor performance.
• Track labor hours and assist with scheduling.
• Place weekly supply orders and manage inventory.
• Communicate updates to schedule, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with Account Manager to meet client needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve service and efficiency.

What You’ll Do

As a Team Lead, you’ll help keep operations running smoothly while supporting our employees and customers.

• Lead and assist janitorial team members

• Train, coach, and support employees

• Perform quality inspections and ensure standards are met

• Provide coverage when staffing needs arise

• Track labor hours and support operational goals

• Place weekly supply orders

• Communicate schedule, policy, and procedure updates

• Work closely with the Account Manager

• Identify opportunities to improve service

• Help maintain a positive, productive work environment
