Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking a Team Lead at a child care center to mentor teachers, lead classroom activities, and ensure high-quality daily care in compliance with licensing standards.

Ideal candidates will have experience in licensed childcare, progress toward an Early Childhood Education degree or CDA, and the ability to work indoors or outdoors with children. This full-time role emphasizes leadership with a Monday–Friday schedule and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in a licensed childcare facility, leading a classroom and implementing lesson plans.
• College credits towards Early Childhood Education or Child Development degree or a CDA, preferred.
• Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train new hires and fellow teachers, creating fun, interactive learning experiences.
• Take on duties of Director or Assistant Director in absence, including opening and closing the school.
• Ensure daily care of every child by following licensing guidelines and company standards.

As a Team Lead, you are a:

• Mentor! Be responsible for, or assisting with, the management, training, and mentoring of newhiresand your fellow Teachers, as you create fun, interactive learning experiences to share with the preschool children.
• Leader! Take on the duties of Director or Assistant Director in his/her absence, including opening and closing the school.
• Expert! Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all company standards.

We want energetic, dependable, passionate individuals who are at least 18 and have:

• Experience in a licensed childcare facility, leading a classroom, and implementing lesson plans.
• College credits towards Early Childhood Education or Child Development degree or a CDA, preferred.
• The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation range of $17.72-$18.41 based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options
• Health insurance (medical, dental, vision, and FSA) provided for full-time employees, Limited medical offered for part-time workers
