Town House Specialty Cleaning Co. is seeking an Evening Team Lead to support our commercial cleaning operations across New York City.

The role involves traveling between client locations to train new employees, provide cleaning coverage, oversee special projects, and ensure our cleaning standards are consistently met. The ideal candidate is friendly, bilingual in English and Spanish, and capable of leading by example, motivating employees, and addressing performance concerns while maintaining

Qualifications

• Commercial cleaning or janitorial experience required.
• Previous team lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to travel between NYC locations.

Responsabilités

• Travel between commercial office buildings throughout NYC to support daily operations.
• Train and coach new hires on cleaning procedures, safety practices, and client expectations.
• Provide hands-on cleaning coverage for employee absences, vacancies, and other operational needs.
• Oversee special cleaning projects, inspect completed work, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback and retraining when needed.
• Hold employees accountable for attendance, performance, and company standards while maintaining a respectful and supportive approach.
• Communicate staffing concerns, client requests, and operational issues to the Operations Supervisor.
• Assist with cleaning duties, equipment operation, and other assignments as needed.
