Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Minneapolis is seeking a front desk operations assistant to help oversee gym operations and ensure a positive member experience. You will greet members, answer questions, assist with sign-ups and check-ins.

This role supports the Club Manager, trains staff, assists with marketing promotions, maintains cleanliness, and handles routine admin and inventory tasks. Strong customer service and clear communication are essential.
