Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a frontline Operations Assistant to help oversee gym operations and deliver excellent member experiences. You will train staff, manage front desk duties, and assist with member sign-ups, inquiries, and account updates.

The role also involves supporting marketing efforts, maintaining cleanliness, and providing backup to the Club Manager as needed.
