Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring a Team Lead at a child care center in Mechanicsburg, PA. You will promote children's development, lead classroom instruction, and collaborate with families to support each child.

The role includes mentoring new staff and stepping in for Director duties when needed, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a focus on quality curriculum delivery. Compensation ranges from $18.61 to $19.33 per hour, with benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and 401(k) with

• Experience in a licensed childcare facility and leading a classroom.
• College credits toward Early Childhood Education or Child Development or a CDA are preferred.
• Ability to meet state accreditation/education requirements.

• Lead classroom management and implement curriculum with at least 50% of weekly schedule devoted to instruction.

As a Team Lead, you are a:

• Teacher!Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children in your care. Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation.Classroom instruction is at least 50% of weekly schedule.
• Communicator!Communicate and build relationships with families to promote achievement for the child and to support your center’s success.
• Mentor!Be responsible for, or assisting with, the management, training, and mentoring of new hires and your fellow Teachers, as you create fun, interactive learning experiences to share with the preschool children.
• Leader!Take on the duties of Director or Assistant Director in his/her absence, including opening and closing the school.
• Expert!Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all company standards.

Wewant energetic, dependable, passionate individualswhoare at least 18 andhave:

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $18.61-19.33 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
