Responsibilities

• Ensure product quality, labeling, packaging, and traceability standards are met while addressing quality issues, supporting daily production goals, and monitoring scrap and production performance.
• Ensure daily equipment inspections and AM tasks are completed, promptly elevate equipment issues, and support maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
• Lead production employees by setting clear expectations for safety, quality, and productivity while promoting teamwork, accountability, and effective communication.
• Support onboarding, training, and cross-training efforts while communicating priorities, safety concerns, and shift handoff information to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain proper material flow, prevent material shortages and mix-ups, and support 5S standards by keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Complete production, scrap, downtime, and quality documentation, ensure work orders are completed on time, and support continuous improvement and standard work practices.

Job Title: Production Team Lead

Compensation

The listed hourly base pay range is estimated to be $26.00 - $31.00 per hour. Actual pay may vary based on experience, skills, qualifications, performance, and demonstrated competencies. Base pay is one component of Pregis's total compensation package.
