Tag Systems USA in Eatontown, NJ is seeking a Team Lead to oversee daily fulfillment and packaging operations. You will coach staff and coordinate workloads to ensure productivity, accuracy, and on-time shipping.

As a hands-on leader, you will support production goals, quality standards, and a secure, organized workplace while fostering team development and professional growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support warehouse and fulfillment team members.
• Assign daily workloads and balance staffing to maximize efficiency.
• Oversee packaging, fulfillment, and shipping operations.
• Monitor production schedules and address workflow bottlenecks.
• Receive, organize, and stage incoming work from production departments.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Verify packaging, labeling, inserts, and shipping documentation.
• Coordinate shipments using FedEx, DHL, and approved carriers.
• Prioritize work based on customer deadlines and production schedules.
• Track production status and communicate updates to management.
• Monitor inventory levels of packaging supplies and materials.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality Control, and Production teams.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and organized work environment.
• Ensure compliance with company security and quality requirements.
