Job summary

Freight Breakers LLC is seeking a Working Lead for our tire warehouse operation in Dallas, TX. This hands-on leadership role will work alongside the crew to drive daily loading/unloading, coordinate activities, and ensure safety and productivity.

Production-based pay includes an additional daily lead bonus, with shift hours from 8 AM to finish, Monday through Friday. Be prepared to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse loading/unloading and leadership preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Able to lift and move tires throughout the shift.

Your pay is based on production, with an additional daily bonus for serving as the Working Lead.

• Dependable and comfortable with physical, fast-paced work
• Must be able to lift and move tires throughout the shift
