Job summary

Freight Breakers LLC is seeking a Working Lead for our tire warehouse operation in Dallas, TX. This is a hands-on leadership role, working alongside the crew to lead daily loading and unloading activities and coordinate warehouse operations.

You will be paid based on production with an additional daily lead bonus for serving as the Working Lead. The role runs Monday through Friday, 8 AM to finish, with a physically demanding environment and emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Warehouse, loading/unloading, or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Dependable and comfortable with physical, fast-paced work.
• Must be able to lift and move tires throughout the shift.
