Job summary

DOGPOUND is West Hollywood's premier team-based training facility seeking full-time trainers. You will deliver best-in-class training experiences, work with a rotating team of trainers, and support client services, sales, and scheduling while focusing on training excellence.

Requirements include 1:1 training experience, CPR/AED, and base certifications (ACE, NASM, ISSA, NSCA or USAW). Candidates must have US work authorization and be available weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED required.
• Experience in 1:1 training.
• Maintain base certifications (ACE, NASM, ISSA, NSCA or USAW).
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Willingness to work flexible full-time hours, including weekends.
• Legal right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized attention and exceptional customer service to members and potential members.
• Maintain knowledge of all club services, programs, and products.
• Instruct and demonstrate proper exercise techniques and operate equipment as needed.
• Report client progress, notes, and concerns promptly.
• Act as a positive brand ambassador through social media engagement.
• Attend personal training and company meetings.
• Work five days in-club with weekend availability.
• Other duties as assigned.
