Job description

Position Summary :

This position performs basic operational duties to provide quality products and service to guests.

Responsibilities :

1. Perform station duties (fountain & frozen, dresser, front swamp, back swamp, grill, switchboard, expeditor, food prep, and drive-thru if applicable) to meet operational standards.
2. Comply with all company policies, procedures, and standards.
3. Perform cleaning and sanitation duties, including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes and tools, wiping counters, sanitizing food prep areas, cleaning equipment, and emptying grease.

Additional Duties :

• Report customer or employee complaints/issues to the MOD.
• Move and stock food products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Shift Expectations :

Irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications and Requirements :

• Basic restaurant or retail knowledge.

• Ability to follow directions.

Work Environment :

Continuous standing, bending, reaching, moving, stooping, stretching, and lifting. Exposure to heat, hot liquids, cold temperatures, and weather conditions.
